My wife and I deployed with the U.S. Army to Iraq in 2024 for 9 months. We had been searching for a home with other realtors for about 2 years before deploying, but were unsuccessful. We contacted Diane from Iraq without the expectation of buying from overseas; however, we did just that. Diane went above and beyond to make our first homebuying experience a breeze. Although there were many challenges to viewing/buying a home from overseas, Diane made the process seamless. We can't thank her enough for finding us a home to come back to after our deployment.

Diane is incredible. She is very reliable and exceptionally knowledgeable about the market. I was a property owner that resided in another state, who was selling there property. Diane was very patient and was there every step of the way.

Diane Haroutunian from Christie's did a terrific job representing the recent sale of my house in Fort Lee, NJ. The entire process was first discussed in detail, carefully thought through, and eventually implemented, as I hoped and expected. We worked well together and analyzed the pros and cons of the right pricing level in today's market. She also helped with the process of closing open permits as well as coordinating the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. Diane finally recommended a couple of her contacts that were helpful in clearing the contents of the house via an Estate Sale and then a hauling service to complete the clearing of the house and garage. A trusted advisor would probably be the right description of her. My overall observation is that she is not only good at what she does, she is very good. If you are planning to either sell or purchase a residential property in Bergen County then Diane Haroutunian should be part of your consideration for a Real Estate broker. A Happy Customer
