If you're looking for a masterclass in the art of avoidance, this realtor deserves a standing ovation. Renting from his client Amira was an experience, if you consider living in a rodent hotel with broken amenities and zero accountability a thrill ride. The apartment was, let’s say, "rustically charming." The cracked window greeted me upon arrival like a warm "welcome home" from neglect itself. The broken bedroom mirror added a dramatic flair, perfect for reflecting on the questionable choices that led me to lease here. Oh, and the floor? Full of character (and holes). Truly avant-garde. The sinks provided an eco-system of their own, thanks to the hair and debris that never seemed to go away, and the shower head was more decorative than functional. It’s like the apartment was curated to give a post-apocalyptic vibe. As for the mice? They were the real tenants here. I was just a guest in their cozy abode. When I reached out for help, the Avo’s responses were impressively consistent either silence or a vague promise that "someone would be in touch soon." Spoiler: They never were. If you enjoy paying for mediocrity sprinkled with frustration, by all means, lease through this realtor. They’re exceptionally good at dodging responsibility, and you’ll get plenty of practice in patience and pest control. It actually pains me to write this, I think he's somewhat of a decent guy but the disrespect from him and his client I can't allow that to fly by no means, and if anyone wants proof of what I'm stating I can gladly provide.

Avo is the best! He came highly recommended to us, and it's no question why. He is extremely knowledgable in every aspect of the home buying process--including understanding the positive and negative attributes of various structural elements, which we as new home buyers really appreciated. He took the time to inquire and understand what we were looking for in our next home, and was patient with us as we came to make our decision. He is patient, kind, and overall a delight to work with, and I am so grateful to him for helping us find our home!

Avo did a tremendous job going above and beyond the call of duty is so many ways. If you want to sell your home quickly then definitely hire Avo!!! We got off on the right foot when I first texted him and he call me 3 minutes later. Avo has his thumb on the pulse of the housing market which is soooo important. Truly professional and a pleasure to work with. There is a reason he is called Mr. River Edge!!!
