Christina is such a supportive partner providing her expertise to make each closing smooth and professional. I listed two homes with her for sale and purchased a home and the process of managing all three homes was handled by Christina with total professionalism. Her team includes a stager, that did a great job helping me stage my home and photographers that made a spectacular brochure for me to sell both of my homes; her team members helped me manage viewings, kept me up to date on details and even was able to provide me with contractors where necessary. Christina and her team went above and beyond to make sure help me with every detail involving both of my homes for our closings as well as keeping a close eye on the home I was buying.

I worked with Crystal Del Castillo. For someone whom did not know where exactly he wanted to purchase his first home, I thought Crystal did a great job at being attentive and responsive no matter the time of day. She found patterns in what I liked and was able to find properties that I really liked a lot. Her knowledge of the market was very accurate and respectable. The offer that inevitably was accepted was highly complimented by the listing agent in the way that it was presented. Crystal’s work is very thorough and meticulous and I truly believe I would not be owning a home without her hard work and putting up with all the tireless emails and messages back and forth.
