Diane Beard is the exceptional professional who helped me buy my Arizona home 15 years ago, and just recently sold it for me. Her performance was masterful. Diane was amazing to work with. She made me feel comfortable with the process of selling my house walking me through each piece step-by-step. She and Steve were unbelievably helpful going through my home and determining the things to highlight and the things to fix before putting on the market. She provided a ton of useful insight, but never made me feel like she was pushing me into any particular direction, it always felt like my decision and she'd move forward in whatever direction I felt best about. Selling my home was a best case scenario, it sold for asking price within a week of listing. Can't sing Diane's praises enough, would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Diane was wonderful! She always comes to meetings prepared - comps and house detail sheets in hand and ready for discussion. We frequently got her husband as a bonus realtor/house condition consult - they are a great team and very thorough in helping talk through house options. She will respond at ANY TIME and is very communicative. We were not expecting to find a house as quickly as we did - but Diane was extremely patient with us. She did not push us to look at anything outside of our intended price range/not fitting our search criteria, or try to sway us in any way - she genuinely wants you to find a house that is best for YOU. The house that we ended up buying, I had just pinned early in the day on a day we had house visits planned/she got us a showing last minute the same day - without her quick response and initiative, we might have missed it! I would highly recommend hiring her as your realtor :]
