    We decided to move from Oregon to one of the 55+ communities in Arizona. Ira's knowledge of the communities was instrumental to us finding the right fit for us. After finding the perfect home he helped us negotiate a great deal. We stayed in Oregon for an additional month after closing so Ira did a virtual final walkthrough for us. Ira made a 2000 mile move much less stressful than what it could have been. I will recommend Ira to everyone that I know with real estate needs. He is exceptional!

    Ira did an outstanding job. We were purchasing a home in Arizona from Wisconsin and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable through the entire process and that our interests came first. He’s everything you could ask for in a real estate professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

    Ira did an amazing job finding the perfect location and community for us. He was always available when we contacted him about a new community we were interested in seeing. He asked good questions to make sure our needs were met. But his real expertise was his knowledge base of the 55 plus communities in the East/Southeast Phoenix area. He seemed to just know where we needed to be. I would strongly recommend Ira to anyone looking at 55 plus communities anywhere near the Phoenix area. He really knows his stuff!!

    Great Communications. People often underestimate the importance of communication in a real estate transaction. Lacey and her team kept us connected to the process through frequent updates. If we had any questions Lacey was always responsive in a few minutes and gave us the feeling that everything was in control.
