Review of Realtor Lacey Lehman I purchased a home where Lacey represented the seller. Prior to closing, my realtor raised concerns about bathroom leaks. Lacey responded by sending her handyman (and possibly visiting herself), reporting that one bathroom had no leak and the other had been fixed. She also assured us that a home warranty would be provided. Because I was moving from out of state, I wasn’t able to stay in the home for the first two weeks. Once I did, I discovered multiple serious issues: water leaking from a bathtub was draining through the dryer vent and into the laundry room below, and the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking, causing a brown-stained leak to appear in the ceiling of the living room. When the warranty inspector came out, (which took 4 days for their appointment, understandably) they confirmed that these issues had been ongoing for quite some time and were clearly pre-existing—meaning they would not be covered under the warranty. It also appears that some sheetrock had been replaced to conceal the ceiling leak. Since the underlying issue wasn’t resolved, the leak returned, leaving a large brown stain and dripping water into my living room. When my realtor followed up with Lacey, she claimed we should have mentioned it earlier—despite the fact that we had addressed these concerns before closing and as soon as the warranty company denied the claim she was told by my realtor. Now, I’m facing the cost of replacing toilets, overflow drains in the bathtub and most concerning repairing drywall. It’s clear that the priority was selling the home rather than being transparent about its condition. Had I been properly informed, I would have negotiated repairs before closing. The lack of honesty has led to unexpected expenses and frustration—especially as someone new to the area without a network of contractors to rely on.

We were looking for a home from out of state. He went out of his way to be available and spent time traveling to several communities to help us find what was right for us. He was informed on each community & did not try to show us homes we would not be interested in. Our overall experience was absolutely five star. He gave us information on financing institutions and was available and guided us through every step of the process.

This is the second time Ira has been my agent in the last year. This time he sold my house expertly, in a challenging market, with me being located in a different state. He planned the marketing and listing phase to maximize the appearance of the house, including the use of professional photos. He was steady, calm, and professional with buyers' agents during the showing process. He kept me up to date weekly with an analysis of competitive listings related to my listing. He consulted with me about the best strategies to use as the listing progressed through several months. His best expertise was negotiating the contract, and facilitating the inspection phase, including the necessary repairs. I couldn't imagine using a different agent!

We have brought and sold several homes over the years. We wanted to buy a second home in Arizona. Since we live out of the state, we wanted to work with a real estate agent who was very knowledgeable about the Arizona market. In our first conversation with Ira, we knew he was the agent for us. Ira is very warm, knowledgeable, professional, not pushy, trustworthy and asked all of the right questions. Ira always returned our text messages or emails quickly. He provided us with so much information that we could narrow our search before we arrived in Arizona. Ira made the process of looking at homes fun and the whole closing process went so smoothly. We have already recommended him to our friends.

We were very happy with our experience with Ira. He worked with us over two years and did an outstanding job educating us on the Phoenix valley and its many suburbs. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to be and if we were interested in a neighborhood or 55+ community with amenities. Ira was very patient with us during our education process and did a beautiful job outlining pros and cons of all the areas we visited. We live in Oregon. Whenever we visited Arizona, Ira went out of his way to be available for us. We had a great connection with Ira from the moment we meet. He is honest, hardworking, and well educated as a realtor. He never disappointed us. We would highly recommend him to any of our relatives and or friends needing a realtor. Ira was the best. The actual purchasing of the home was painless and Ira guided through the process with ease and professionalism. We hope to continue our friendship long after the successful completion of our home buying process.
