My experience with Diane Avant was excellent. When I contacted Diane about listing my property she got right on it. She always answered my questions in a timely manner. Diane has a professional attitude toward getting the job done. She has great negotiating skills. She listed, negotiated and sold my property with rapid speed. In my opinion, Diane is pretty close to perfect in her field. It was a pleasure working with her.

Diane helped my husband and I both sell and buy a house. Our experience with Diane was awesome. She is so helpful and very knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of real estate. She is also an excellent negotiator. We would definitely recommend Diane to anyone looking to buy or sell.
