Diana was the best realtor i have used. I was under in my mother' s property and she was persistant to help her out and get some money on a short sale. She often would call me to give me a status on the property. She was very helpful and unselfish on her part .Would recommend her 100 percent.

Being my first sale and after going through a nightmare with my last tenants, you took the time to explain every part of the process with me. As a first time home buyer in this crazy market, the process can seem very daunting but with such an amazing realtor with so much knowledge and experience, my experience was great. Diana has so many connections and provides useful information so you know exactly what you’ll need to make the transition a smooth process. She is always prompt and goes out her way to please her clients. She’s always on the move and always available for last minute showings and has even shown up to properties ready with tools to assist in repairs. She truly does it all for her clients. I definitely recommend. I couldn’t have bought my first home without her.

My parents are elderly and had issues finding a realtor who prioritized their interests and circumstances when purchasing a home. Ms. Gomez was extremely kind and helpful and took care to address their housing needs as best she could. The house search and purchase process was thorough and transparent: she kept them informed of any developments, offered options and advice, and made sure they could reasonably afford their final choice. She also made it a point to include my brother and I in the process.

I had the pleasure of working with Diana when I inherited my mom's home, which was set for foreclosure. She cold-called me, and her willingness to help was evident from the very beginning. Diana asked me what I planned to do with the house, and when I told her I wanted to purchase it, she advised me on the process to follow in a professional and friendly way. Diana also offered to purchase the home from me if I decided not to keep it, but ultimately, I wanted to keep it. She then guided me throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. One of the obstacles we faced was disputing the appraisal value of the home, which could have resulted in me losing it. However, thanks to Diana's expertise and guidance, we were able to successfully dispute the appraisal value. I can't recommend Diana enough. She is a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. But what makes her stand out from the rest is her genuine desire to help people like me. She went above and beyond in every way to ensure I could keep my mom's home. Diana is a true gem and asset at KW Capitol. Thank you so much, Diana!
