We are so glad we found Madison & Devon! Our father in Galt, CA recently passed away and my sister and I were in a position of needing to prepare his home for sale. We were nervous because neither of us have much experience with real estate, we both work full time, and I live two states away. We searched for realtors in the area with a high volume of sales and Madison & Devon were at the top. We contacted them, they immediately responded and from our first meeting set our minds at ease. They handled everything from helping find inspectors, contractors, landscaping, cleaning, staging, and showing. We handled almost everything via text, email, and phone calls, which was super helpful with our busy schedules. The house sold very quickly for the price we were looking for. All the fees and expectations were laid out up front and there were no last-minute surprises. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Madison & Devon are definitely the best people to work with to buy or sell a home. We feel blessed to have found them!

Choosing Madison & Devon to sell our house was a no-brainer! Warm, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable (and easy to talk to!). Communication was always timely and they provided ample opportunity for potential buyers to view our home. Truly appreciated them during this season of new beginnings.

Madi and Dev helped us buy our first home back in 2024 and it was a phenomenal experience. They helped us every step of the way to ensure the process was seamless and even taught us about the home-buying process so we could accurately weigh our options. Throughout the process, Madi and Dev also shared a few of their connections to help with home renovations/repairs and loan/insurance information. But most of all, Madi and Dev made the process very personal and built a friendship with us that we will always appreciate. Madi was a gift to have as an agent! She has such a great knowledge of every step of the home buying process and has incredible local expertise and access. She and her partner both went out of their way to help answer all of our silly questions-- without making us feel like any were dumb questions (though at least half of them probably were). She was incredibly responsive to our opinions and worked for us at all times of the day to make it happen. Thank you, Madi, for helping us find and buy such a dream house!
