Madi and Devon were amazing to work with. They were available and working 24/7 to make sure that we got our dream home. The home we purchased was 2 hours away from their office and they would show up 15 minutes early to every meeting with nothing but happiness and excitement. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and communicated very effectively to help us get through the stressful home buying process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

“When we were ready to buy a house I knew hands down I was going to call Madison. She hosted an incredible first time home buyers seminar that we attended 6 months prior to our purchase. That seminar was so informative, it paved the way to our home buying experience. We learned so much from her that day. But who knew shortly after that we would be buying a house during a world wide pandemic?? I was so scared our sale wasn’t going to happen and that we would miss out on our dream house. Madison went above and below for us. Nothing not even one inspection was set back. She even managed to get every one of our inspections scheduled on the same day right before our entire county closed down due to COVID-19. She communicated with us every step of the way. We knew Madison had a busy schedule but she always made us feel like we were her top priority. She would explain every single document in Laymans terms to make sure we fully understood what was going on. I had so much anxiety going into this process and I felt like after we chose Madison all my worries went away. I would highly recommend Madison to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Madison was excellent. We searched for my first home for the better part of a year, and I have no complaints about the level of service I received. Patience and perseverance were key, and Madison displayed both traits as we went through a multitude of homes from Sacramento to Lodi. We finally found the right home at the right time despite all of the many obstacles thrown in our path along the way. I was always confident in the advice that I received, and this was bolstered by the fact that if an answer wasn’t known to Madison she never pretended to have one, but would go out and find the right answer.

What an amazing experience! Madison and team showcased professionalism, flexibility and the ultimate amount of patience as our buyer agent. In my opinion, we presented her with a high maintenance situation, but Madison was extremely caring, genuine, and provided excellent customer service. It is my hope that home buyers have agents like Madison who are friendly, patient, persistent, and care about the needs of their buyers. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to partner with Madison and her team!
