I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; Destinie and her team at Discovery Realty had immeasurable patience with me and went above and beyond with every detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Her communication was always consistent. She was easy to contact, and many times she would contact others (lenders, inspectors, et cetera). She worked with my lender to immediately get me all of the information I needed (tax, escrow, estimated insurance) while deciding which houses I was interested in. Destinie is extremely down to earth and made the entire process a million times easier. Her team at Discovery Realty was 100% on top and ahead of every decision to be made, every form to be completed, and every house we viewed that I decided "just didn't feel right." She and her team stayed in touch from day One to Close and made sure everything was completely perfect. Absolutely 10,000/10.

Destinie was absolutely amazing with helping me find the perfect first home with exactly what I was looking for and price range. I couldn’t be happier with my home and the awesome neighbors that I have meet. She is also engaging after the purchase and stays in touch and has events for her clients which makes it feel that she is truly ALL ABOUT YOU!! Thanks again for all that you do, because I would have been lost trying to do it on my own. Having Destinie along with her team by your side makes it a walk in the park!

Super responsive, works weekends and is very helpful. Great team to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home. She responded to us almost immediately when we inquired about the home we ended up buying. She and her team seemed very knowledgeable.

Destinie made our whole experience a breeze! This was our first purchase in South Dakota, she did an amazing educating us on the area and was able to negotiate a great deal for us. Destinie always kept us updated and informed throughout the whole process and she really took the time to understand what we were looking for and found the perfect home for us.
