Kate was very responsive to my needs as a seller. Her marketing in a hard to sell market was spot on and precise. She went to bat for me when needed and protected me with writing up a great contract to sell. This is not the first time I've used Kate, she helped me buy a house as well and the journey was so easy going and nice I decided to use her again.
