Josh is not one of the best he is the best Real Estate Professional. He was honest and kind through the whole process. Josh was also very understanding about the fact I had lived there a long time and helped me feel better about the fact I was leaving many good years and my 1st big purchase behind. When I asked for recommendations for help moving and getting my house ready they were solid and the best Sioux Falls has to offer! Thanks Josh for your help. Tyler was absolutely amazing to work with! We moved here from out of state and didn't know much of anything about the town or where to live. He listened to what we wanted, gave honest advice on the homes we toured, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He was always available to answer questions and responded to tons of my text messages.
