Amazing, nothing less. Desiree went the extra mile, and then some, to make sure our properties sold. My brother is a real estate broker in another state, and he was incredibly impressed. I just closed on a home in Apple Valley, CA (May 2023), and would highly recommend Desiree. She is punctual, good natured, very knowledgeable, and a tough negotiator. She was careful to make sure the choices were mine, while helping me avoid any risks. She seamlessly coordinated between sellers, lenders, inspectors, and escrow. I found buying a home particularly stressful, but Desiree was always quick to respond as issues arose. (She even touched-base after close and move-in.)
