My experience with Mr. Zimbro was outstanding, no exceptions. Do yourself a favor and make Kyle your first call! He also got me in touch with a lender who was also second to none. Kyle drove up to Wrightwood multiple times to show me homes. Never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Did all the phone calling and leg work negotiating with the seller and only ever called with good news. His team guides you step by step with itemized lists to help you navigate your home buying journey. I have bought homes before any have never experienced anything less stressful as this last purchase and I can only equate it to Kyle and his team!

Kyle represented myself and the seller on a vacant land purchase. I believe he did an excellent job of negotiating a fair deal for both buyer and seller. He also did an excellent job of including pictures, maps, and information in the listing, which is rare. Most agents just ad one or two pictures and very little information. Highly recommended.

Kyle helped us find the perfect starter home for our small family! Throughout the process, Kyle kept things professional and always made himself available. With his depth of knowledge and available resources, he was able to help expedite the home purchasing process. Through effective negotiating skills, Kyle was able to circumvent issues that may have resulted in termination of the deal, and we ended up getting brand new heater and a/c units installed in the home ahead of purchasing at a great value. After closing escrow, Kyle continued to make himself available to answer typical “first home owner” questions when he really didn’t have to. Thank you Kyle for a great experience despite the demanding situation for us as first time home buyers! Highly recommend working with Kyle for your realtor needs.
