Desiree and her team were so great to work with. We worked with with DB team to sell and buy a new home and everything went great! Desiree and her team are exceptional professionals and I consider them the best choice in the Bay Area market. This is the 5th time they have represented me in the purchase or sale of a home, and each time I am reminded why I love working with them. Most recently, Desiree sold our parents home of 45 years. She made thoughtful recommendations for repairs and renovations, provided expert vendors & contractors, and coordinated a complex process to bring and old home up to date. When the home was ready to market she staged it better than any of the other competitive listings. We received multiple offers and Desiree helped to negotiate a sale well above our asking price. During escrow her team skillfully managed all of the details and made our job easy. The level of service Desiree provided exceeded my already high expectations. She is the right choice to buy and/or sell your home.

This review is long overdue! Desiree and her team made what could be a very stressful event easy, every step of the way. We were able to close on the house we were selling and a new one within a week of each other. Desiree and her team are responsive, knowledgeable and patient. Trust me, follow Desiree and her recommendations; she and her team are true professionals. We are constantly spreading the word about how lucky we were to have found her!

Working with Kasia was fantastic. She was extremely in tune with the kind of properties we were interested and had amazing knowledge of the areas we were interested in resulting in showing us multiple properties ahead of open houses one of which resulted in our current home. Her offer strategy was super effective and we were able to successfully win with a bid within our budget with no back-and-forth with the seller. Always responsive throughout the process and met us at each property visit. We are extremely thankful to have worked with her and recommend others to do the same!
