I had an exceptional experience working with Derek Han. He went far beyond what you would expect from a realtor. During my first flip in East Bay, Derek helped me through the entire renovation process and provided valuable recommendations for subcontractors that ultimately saved me money. Since I live two hours away from the property, Derek regularly checked on the house every few days and kept me updated throughout the project. His hands-on involvement and market knowledge helped me make better decisions and ultimately maximized my profits on the investment. As someone doing my first flip in the area, his mentorship was incredibly valuable. Five stars truly are not enough credit for Derek Han. Not only is he an excellent realtor, but he’s also a genuinely great person who is always available by phone and willing to help. Derek helped my husband and I sell our house in Albany, CA. He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He took on clearing out our old junk, staging the house and getting it ready for market. The house sold quickly in 10 days, which was beyond our wildest expectations. Derek Han did a fantastic job again this time, by guiding us to navigate through an exceptionally challenging sale of a multifamily property in Oakland. The selling process was tough at every step of the sale process, from locking in the right buyer, dealing with the difficult and long drawn out loan approval process, appraisal issues, and finally clearing termite and buyer repair request, Derek is extremely resourceful, timely, responsible, patient, and detail oriented to making sure all things are moving in the right direction, and finally meet the closing deadline. Once again, Derek Han shows he is a multi disciplined, multifaceted, true real estate professional. He is capable of handling very complex real estate transaction with precise skill and confidence. I will highly recommend Derek to be your realtor whether you are a first time home buyer, or a seasoned real estate professional.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Derek Han to help sell our property. He went way above what you’d expect from a typical realtor. From day one, he was already thinking ahead — spotting possible issues before they ever became problems and handling them proactively instead of scrambling later. His marketing was next level. He didn’t just put the house up and wait — he actively pushed it, created buzz, and positioned it perfectly in the market. That effort clearly paid off because we ended up selling for much more than we originally thought we would. What really stood out was how honest he was throughout the process.
