I refer to Dennis as the "hardest working man in real estate". And I know he is entirely supported by Marilee. My experience with the Lindsay's was undoubtedly more than unusual in respects to the complexity of the transaction. I was a first time home buyer, looking at a somewhat unique property that was in foreclosure and I was constantly on the road. Great combination when one considers all the weirdness that has become purchasing real estate in the current market conditions. My transaction had numerous twists and turns because of it's nature, but Dennis would not let go or allow me to quit on the transaction. Although the entire process took only 30 days, which is lightening fast in foreclosure world, Dennis and Marilee were there every step of the way and turned what could've become a nightmare into a pleasant dream. Subsequently, I have and will continue to refer friends and acquaintences to "the hardest working man in real estate." As I know I can send people Dennis and Marilee's way with the utmost confidence. Having Dennis and Marilee as our agent has been the BEST recommendation. Dennis and Marilee always kept in touch, even if there were no changes, they were kind and very helpful. Dennis had even met with us prior to looking at homes to help us understand the home buying process and terms used for buying a home and for being first time homebuyers, this was incredible. Dennis and Marilee have always gone above and beyond their call of duty. I truly felt like they were family. I know that sounds so corney but it is absolutely true. I am still in contact with Dennis and Marilee and it has been going on two years since my husband and I began the home buying process. I recommend them to everyone I know who is buying a house!

Dennis and Marilee were instramental in the Short sale of my home. They stood by me after my husband died during the process, and then we had to wait an additional 4 months because the closing couldn't happen with out a death certificate. That took 4 months to get. Dennis made sure I was taken care of through the whole process. After everything was said and done they have been intouch with me and have assisted me in looking for a new home. Dennis also helped my son find a home to buy. Marilee was great in doing research and emailing me homes to look at. Dennis and Marilee are wonderful caring people, would do anything to help you.
