I meet Dennis about two years ago. It took some time for me to find the kind of property I was looking for. It was like he became my personal agent - Attentive, thorough, and completely immerse in my needs as a client. When I finally decided on a property, Dennis' experience in making an offer was unquestionably the reason the transaction was successful. If his professional accument were the only things he had, he would be a good real estate agent. However I found him to be a good person to work with, posessing excellent interpersonal skills. That makes him a fantastic agent!

Dennis is a knowledgeable agent who consistently followed thru on all aspects of my home purchase. He patiently answered all my questions promptly. When the outcome of an interaction didn't go the way he wanted it to, he resulted to name calling me and acting in an extremely unprofessional way. I've worked with dozens of realtors and have never been treated in such a disgusting way. Unbelievable experience.
