Denise and Joel were a joy to work with! Their experience and knowledge helped us familiarize ourselves with the local area. They took time to introduce us to the market and showed us lots of units so we had great choices to work with. Denise is the best in the marketplace! She has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely organized, efficient, reliable, and resourceful. What I appreciate the most about her approach is how calm, collected, and pleasant she remains, no matter what you throw her way. We initially wanted to rent our property, she worked her magic and got us several viable tenants quickly. Days later, my husband and I decided to sell instead. She immediately put her seller's hat on and secured a buyer within the month. I know she is extremely busy with other clients, but somehow, she always manages to make you feel like you are her only customer. Our family has used her services for all our properties throughout the years. We all had a wonderful, one-of-a-kind experience with her! I have recommended her to everyone I know.

Denise Madan is an outstanding real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge and business negotiating skills. She worked with us from the beginning to end, as we had a buyer within days of a a professionally done open house. She keeps you fully informed when there are changes. It was only powers beyond our control that lead to a prolonged closing but all parties were happy in the end.

Denise was very professional and knowledgeable on selling homes in my area. She gave expert advice about the price I should list at and what minor home improvements needed to be done prior to showings. She negotiated a great deal for me by getting me an offer above my asking price. She was very attentive and responsive to my emails and texts. She is one of the best realtors I’ve ever hired in the last 22 years. I would recommend her and I would definitely use her again.
