Denise made the sale so easy, even with a picky buyer. Her marketing had me under contract in the first week with a full-price offer. I’ve since moved out of south Florida, but wish she worked in my new town- I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Denise.

I know giving Denise all 5 stars may seem like an exaggeration but She truly bent over backwards going above and FAR BEYOND what her job typically includes. She not only helped us purchase our home 7 years ago but just helped us sell if after we had already moved out of state. Her, and her office, kept us updated at every step and she was always available to us to answer any questions we had a long the way. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and their amazing office team!

Joel and his team did an excellent job selling our house. Priced it right, advertised it well and conducted a few open houses before it sold. He was patient, knowledgeable, hardworking and communicated with us every step along the way. I would highly recommend him

First, let me say I would give MORE than five stars to Joel. He is knowledgeable and patient with all the details throughout the process. Great to deal with and prompt responses all the time. Would highly recommend. Joel Freis was amazing to work with and made the transaction go incredibly smoothly!
