Delilah is very kind, hardworking, communicative, and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better guide during our home buying experience. The inspection of our new house turned up a ton of unexpected issues, and we never would have been able to figure them all out without her knowledge, contacts, and organization. We highly recommend!

Delilah was very generous with her time and efforts in every aspect of our home search and purchase. She guided us through the the detailed inspection procedures, negotiations and closings. I completed trust her experience and advice. She has been a great help even after the purchase. I highly recommend her for anyone needing and an honest, knowledgeable and helpful, full service agent. Delilah was incredible, such a pleasure to work with! I was moving from out of state to Placitas and she made an otherwise complicated process so easy. I came out in January 2024 to look at the area. She dropped everything in the middle of her day to drive up to Placitas to show me several homes. She probably figured I was just some tourist who was curious but we stayed in touch over the next several months. I came out again in June to look at some more houses and she found one for me that was just perfect. Walked me through everything, even explaining how the different systems worked in the house (evaporative cooling, radiant heating, septic and well systems) which are so very different than what I was used to. Delilah was able to negotiate a great offer with a quick close to meet my circumstances. She even found me various contractors/repair people post-purchase so I could make a few modifications to suit my needs. I feel so luck to have had the opportunity to work with Delilah and her team!!!

Delilah is an incredible realtor. I was relocating from NC to Placitas and I was so fortunate to have found her. She worked tirelessly for months to help me find and purchase the perfect home. She has incredible contacts with all of the right people and has a broad knowledge of the entire Albuquerque area. She's part of a team that answered all of the complicated questions I had. Her personality is calm and caring, but she is a shrewd negotiator when needed. Delilah went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Delilah is the sweetest. I ran into a few snags during the home buying process. Delilah remained patient and understanding throughout. She is very knowledgeable and works hard for her clients. She loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend Delilah. She's the best!!!
