From our first introductory meeting with Debra, she has continued to show expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process. She understood our situation, and guided us through the search process, narrowing down what we were truly interested in purchasing. She jumped in when needed to help facilitate the somewhat overwhelming process. We would truly recommend Debra to represent anyone looking to sell/purchase a home in the Hudson Valley area.

If you are looking for a topnotch, patient, friendly, honest and kind agent who will get you top-dollar for your house, or negotiate the best price for a purchase, Debra is the agent for you! We partnered with her for the sale of our home which could not have gone smoother thanks to her vast knowledge of the local markets, networking/marketing capabilities [she went above and beyond just putting the house on the MLS and actually markets your house], amazing photography [she has a great eye!], and detail orientation [she made sure to stay on top of every aspect of the home purchase and maintained excellent communication with us along the way]. Seriously though, as soon as you meet Debra you will instantly feel comfortable with her and will soon understand why I leave this review.

Debbie is a professional with many years in the business and knows how to use that knowledge to assist clients to their advantage. She understands the market and the areas in which she operates so really assisted us in making sure we made the most of our property before putting it on the market. She is quick to respond, is friendly and very respectful. She goes out of her way to assist clients to exceed expectations. Would recommend her as seller or buyer.

If I could give Debbie 10 stars, I would! She is by far the most amazing real estate agent in the area. Her knowledge of the area, houses, resale or new construction, is limitless. Debbie made the process of searching and buying a house easy, approachable and in some ways fun. From our first conversation with Debbie, we knew there was no one better suited to help us find our forever home. I almost wish we were buying again so we could keep working with her, she is just that fantastic! Debbie is quick to answer any questions and has stayed a huge help even after we moved with her local vendor knowledge. We know we can reach out to her for any reason and she'll be there for us. She has become like family throughout the home buying process and we couldn't imagine working with anyone else in this life changing process. We are truly appreciative and grateful to her for all she has done for us.

Debbie was phenomenal, as first time home buyer my wife and I were unsure of the best way to proceed. We met with Debbie and throughout the process she was always available and able to get us the information we needed. We could not have picked a better realtor. She was recommended to us by 3 people and I can certainly understand why. Thank you Debbie for all your help!
