After trying to sell my house with 2 nation wide brokers, I found Deborah. Boy am I glad we met. She lives in the same neighborhood where my home was located, and early one morning my daughter needed a jump start on her car, in comes Deborah to the rescue for the first time. After that, we spoke about my home and she made some suggestions. I spent a few weeks thinking about how she, a agent who was not even contracted with me yet was helping me sell my home. I decided, I had the wrong broker, and went to Deb instead. Deb came in like a hurricane and made a 4 page list of everything I needed to do in order to get my home sold. She gave me not only expert advice, but she also rolled up her sleeves and worked with me, doing things like landscaping, home staging and even cleaning! Then she networked with other agents who represented other sellers in the neighborhood and coordinated community open houses with food and contests to drive in shoppers. She even went so far as to go get certified as a Military relocation specialist because she saw how many active duty military were living right in the community. I didn't take long before we had the entire house repainted, re carpeted, staged and photographed. The hard work paid off, as we went from 2 showings in 6 months to 2 showings a day! Finding the right buyer for a huge 5 bedroom house was no small task, but somehow she found them. We watched from down the street as the perfect family stepped out of their car. A flash back to 14 years earlier when we had just arrived with an identically aged family of five. We knew she had found us our buyer, and we were right. She told us we had a nearly full price offer, and negotiated the second round of buyer requested repairs expertly so it was fair to both us and the buyers. Every step of the process was orchestrated by Deb to keep our stress level at ZERO. On the day we moved out, at 7am on a Sunday morning, who shows up with donuts? Deb! Thank you Deb for the best home selling experience we have ever had. We will be thankful to you always.
