Casey did an excellent job of negotiating a great deal for us. Even the builder complimented him. He showed us several properties in our target area and within our price range. He also provided a market analysis so that we could see the sales price of other similar properties. He was always accessible by phone and was able to arrange for an inspection once we were under contract. Closing went very smoothly. We would definitely use Casey again.

Casey helped me with the purchase of a home while I was out of state, which adds additional complications to the process. He was always timely when responding to any questions and did a great job keeping me updated with the communications of the selling party. He went above and beyond by checking on the property I was purchasing a second time prior to finalizing the sale to make sure that there wasn't any interim damage to it. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
