Finding a realtor who listens to your story, what your wants/needs are and who can also offer honesty is extremely hard to find. Thankfully, I got blessed to work with Dawn Smith. There was never a time I didn’t feel like I was fully educated and heard through my entire process working alongside a one of a kind realtor and person.

If I could give Dawn more stars I absolutely would!!! She made the entire home selling process so easy and stressful. Highly recommend!! Top notch realtor!! We were pressed for time in our sale and Dawn stepped right up and was so organized and proactive our house sold in a few days!

?????????? I couldn’t have picked a more amazing realtor. You were so professional and extremely dedicated. You went above and beyond which is what you do for your clients. I feel extra special that you are my precious friend as well. ???????? I remember when we first met as well. We all laughed so hard my face hurt and stomach. And you’re right I said I know she is for sure my people!!! ?????? I always say, God doesn’t make mistakes or coincidences. ????
