Dawn was recently my Real Estate Agent for my New Construction Home Purchase. She was fantastic throughout every step of the way. She has a ton of experience and knows all the ins and outs of just about anything that could come up. My process went smooth, and I believe Dawn had everything to do with that. She contacted me whenever something was needed from me and she got out in front of things immediately to prevent any issues from arising. I had good partnership with Dawn. And we are still in touch after my house buying journey is complete. She has been super helpful and patient. Definitely knows the treasure valley well and has great relations with builders and brokers. She was super responsive and was able to accommodate my schedule for conversations, house touring.
