Marty was amazing! As first time home buyers we obviously had no idea what we were doing and Marty put us in the right direction and helped us find our forever home! He didn't just want to put us in the first house that we looked at, he genuinely wanted to find the house that would be our forever home. He pointed out things that we had no idea to look for while viewing the houses and helped us every inch of the way! Thank you so much, Marty for helping us find our forever home!

My fiancé and I starting looking for a home in January. We got introduced to Marty and it was history from there! I was new and very nervous to the home buying process (first time buyer) and Marty made us feel comfortable and answered any all all questions we had and there was plenty of them. Marty was upfront and honest about everything and if needed he went out of his way to get you the answers. We now have the home of our dreams and its because of Marty and his knowledge and honesty that we got a great home and not a money pit!! Thanks again Marty!

Great experience working with Marty. Would highly recommend without reservation!!!! He answered all questions and was very patient, caring and responsive to our wishes and needs. He even had the lawn mowed prior to the closing as we had moved out and the house was empty for a couple of months. We received a full offer and closed in a very reasonable amount of time. He is a good guy and very trustworthy.
