David is a professional with depth of knowledge in construction, real estate and marketing. He walked me through the process and explained and answered all questions. I wasn't in town for the closing and all went smoothly. I recommend David without reservations.

Traveled all over the place to help us find the home we wanted. Was super knowledgeable about all potential issues and pointed out every single one. Recommended excellent inspectors and lenders as well. Patient and understanding and we never felt pressured.

David was truly excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was quick to spot issues with the houses he showed us. He was very patient in helping us find the land and house to meet our distinctive needs including being totally willing to traipse through forests and over-grown fields with us. A better realtor would be hard to find.
