Great experience did whole thing out of state. Great process during challenging time of my life. Very responsive and easy to work with through out the whole process. First time selling and could not have picked better agent.

I would never recommend this person to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From the start, their communication was terrible. They were unresponsive to calls and emails, often taking days to reply, and when they did, their answers were vague or dismissive. Throughout the process, it was clear they were more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me find the right home. They pressured me into decisions I wasn’t comfortable with and didn’t take the time to understand what I was looking for. They also provided misleading information about properties, which I later found out through my own research. When it came to negotiations, they were completely ineffective. Instead of advocating for me, they seemed more concerned with closing the deal quickly. I ended up having to do most of the work myself, and by the time I realized how unhelpful they were, I was too deep into the process to switch agents. Buying a home is a major investment, and working with the wrong realtor can make it a nightmare. If you want someone professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in your best interests, look elsewhere.
