From the initial contact, first meeting, and making the decision to hire David to represent us and sell our home we never had any doubt that we made the right decision! His approach when addressing our concerns and those of potential buyers was professional, conscientious and fair. He assessed the property, the staging, the pros and cons with comparable homes in the area to determine a fair market price, held firm where needed and bent when necessary to make both buyer and seller comfortable and provided assurance that he would handle everything for us as we live outside of Nashville. He went above and beyond by arranging the removal of our belongings prior to closing. A top professional in every sense of the word and very personable. Excellent customer service! David went beyond scope of realtor-he is caring and compasionate and worked hard to make sure my new construction was on track and selling my previous home was as efficient as could be.I feel like I gained a realtor and friend with David-his number one concern is making sure he finds THE home for you! David Balfour is an incredible realtor! He helped us navigate the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home....and at times it was a rocky ride! Look no further! David sold my house in a little over a day! Ever step of the way David was there for any questions or concerns I had. He was always willing to help with anything that came up. I was hospitalized during the time between the sale and the closing and I can honestly say I have never seen a realtor be more about what I needed than the sale. His integrity is the most amazing thing about this realtor. He will tell you truth about your property and help you get it sold! He will help you find your new home!
