I am not sure how you can have a better agent than David Baez and their entire team. . He made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful I wouldn’t work with anyone else! Wonderful job

I’m now a veteran but when we started our process (me and my wife) I was still active duty. I was in NC and was looking to purchase a house back in Miami because I knew we were moving back. I got an approval from a lender and was recommended to David from a friend we informed of our circumstances and he started to show us a few houses in the south Florida area once we narrowed down a few houses we wanted to check out I then planned a few weeks ahead of time with David to check out the houses. When I arrived at Miami and tried to meet him to look at the houses in person with him. He cancelled hours before and I had to go look at the houses literally by myself. This was a common theme of his. To schedule meet up and then cancel and have us look over things ourselves. He then convinced on a house that had tenets still occupying the house he informed us when they will leave. And then was constantly changing the dates of when the tenets will vacate the house in order for the seller to clean and repaint the house. After all this back and forth time was against me because I needed to move back to Miami and I was about to start a new job. So we closed on a house which David said he walked through, there was tons of trash in both the garbage can and recycling bin and garage which made the garage smell so bad I had to rent a pick up truck just to get all that trash out and was welcomed to a house that was supposedly repainted all white inside but the paint job looked like David painted it himself with an arts and craft paint brush. All in all I would not recommend, he’s a sales man through and through all he cares about is the sale, he’s unprofessional and do not respect your time. There has not been one meet up if he didn’t cancel where he was on time
