Dave listened! He understood our wants. In our 70’s, we didn’t want a long process and wanted the best for our fond house of 36 years. On the23rd day after being put on the “as is” market, it sold for a very happy price. Dave even took care of some incidentals that came up in the process and kept us continually informed.

We had the pleasure of working with Dave Carney while selling our home in Washington, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market and we were under contract with the new buyer in just eight day's!
