I am extremely grateful that I got the chance to work with Dave throughout this process! Me being on a tight schedule he was able to work around it with no problem and was always available when needed. Any questions I had during our viewings he was able to answer in detail and truly wanted you to walk away learning something new. The day that I saw the house I’m currently living in it had popped up on the market around 11:00, and after telling Dave how interested I was he was able to book us a viewing the same day and got to make a offer the next day securing it. We learned of Dave through a recommendation and now we a pleased to recommend him to as well. Dave provided excellent representation with a very personable approach. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Dave was patient and able to answer questions in multiple ways until he was certain that we understood. Dave was amazing, at no point in the purchase of my new home did I stress, or have to worry about anything. It's been a long time since I have owned a home, and a lot has changed over the years. Everything is paperless nowadays, and a bit confusing. Dave guided me completely through the process, negotiating brilliantly, and even fixed a $1,500 mistake in my favor right before closing. Dave is a calm person, and puts you at peace right away, so you can focus on finding the home of your dreams. Would I use Dave again, absolutely. Would I recommend him to other's, yes in a second.
