Daryn was the listing agent of the home we sold as well as our agent for the new home that we purchased. Daryn was very knowledgeable about the market and did a great job finding us our perfect home. He listened to things that we liked and to things we disliked so that he could show us homes that he felt we would be happy with. He made himself available when it was convenient for us to look at houses. This included evenings and weekends. He marketed the house we were selling very well to help find potential buyers. He was always honest and upfront with us about the listing price of our home as well as things that needed to be taken care of in order to get the house into shape for potential buyers. We would recommend Daryn to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Bismarck/Mandan area.
