I called Darnell Aponte from where we live in the Panhandle of Florida to sell our condo in South Florida. I have bought and sold quite a few homes in my lifetime and know quite a bit about the process but I learned a lot from Darnell and could tell he had my best interests in mind. He never seemed rushed with me, was very down to earth, and was on top of things the whole time. He doesn’t wait around when something needs to be done- he gets right on it. He kept me informed and although we did text back and forth a bit, I could always call him to talk, and he called me with important matters. Darnell is a great realtor and his team is top notch.

Sasha is truly the best to work with when it comes to real estate. She is an agent who has the knowledge and the skills to get her clients their dream home. Working with Sasha was a great experience. She took such a stressful process; such as purchasing a home and simplified it for her clients as much as possible. She makes sure to answer all inquiries you may have. She excels at her job and will always fight to get her you a fair price and deal. She really does put her clients first and will fight for you. Sasha is passionate about her job and that’s a quality that is super important to have when working in this business. She is honest and committed about her work. I would 1000% recommend working with her. She will get the job done! I’m so grateful she was able to make our dreams as a family come true.

This is not a regular Review. Sasha and her team literally saved me thousands of Dollars. She was assertive and she used different skill levels of ( Confidence, communication, education, Legal, and professional). She is always Happy , with very high Social and emotional IQ. She works on knowledge and trust and always motivates her team. Being on the position she has , she also brings great reputation to the Team whether on the seller side or the Buyer side. She will be my first choice always in Florida and potentially in US.

Sasha gives her word. She gave her word; she has a way with words and her actions spoke louder than her words! We have worked with every type of real estate agent in our past, my husband was a realtor and we’ve worked with less than excellent realtors. Sasha is focused and professional. She has been wonderful and guided us with her kindness and expertise. We are grateful that she was a persistent agent that offered services, in a laid back manner. She listened to our wants and needs and provided a great list of options. She provided all details, even before we requested them, including background info, history of homes and comparables. And when we were ready to make offers on a handful of homes she made sure we were well supported and prepared for each step along our home searching journey! Sasha was aware that we are new to the state and educated us on what to expect and how to navigate a new city. We recommend Sasha for all your realty needs!

Sasha was excelente and very patient explaining everything to us sometimes more then once. Her knowledge got us into a home we didn't know we wanted but are extremely happy we listened to her. As first time home buyers we are glad we had Sasha to guide and protect us.
