Real estate agent Daniel Diaz was highly recommended by a co-worker. I noticed after speaking with Daniel for the first time that my co-worker had done a great service in recommending Daniel as a real estate agent. Daniel asked questions and was very interested in learning about the type of home that I wanted. He was helpful and deeply concerned with reaching my expectations. The circumstances in purchasing my home were unique and Daniel’s expertise came in very handy always coming up with solutions and giving great advice on what to do. Daniel is a great communicator and is very responsive. He was always available to share his thoughts and the status on the home purchasing journey from beginning to end. Daniel truly went the extra mile all while making sure the process went as smooth as possible. I would like to say that Daniel and his team are outstanding at what they do. Daniel helped us in our search for an investment multifamily property.
