Real estate agent Daniel Diaz was highly recommended by a co-worker. I noticed after speaking with Daniel for the first time that my co-worker had done a great service in recommending Daniel as a real estate agent. Daniel asked questions and was very interested in learning about the type of home that I wanted. He was helpful and deeply concerned with reaching my expectations. The circumstances in purchasing my home were unique and Daniel’s expertise came in very handy always coming up with solutions and giving great advice on what to do. Daniel is a great communicator and is very responsive. He was always available to share his thoughts and the status on the home purchasing journey from beginning to end. Daniel truly went the extra mile all while making sure the process went as smooth as possible. It was a pleasure having Daniel as a real estate agent and I am confident he will surpass expectations for future clients as he has done for me.

I would like to say that Daniel and his team are outstanding at what they do. Daniel helped us in our search for an investment multifamily property. He was very professional and helpful in our process of looking for multifamily homes. He is very knowledgeable on the nuances on what makes a good investment and guided us throughout the entire process. The whole experience with him was great. Thank you Daniel!

The expertise form Daniel Diaz is like no other realtor I've ever met. He is a very pro-active and professional individual who will make sure you are treated right and all documents arrive on time. Daniel is a very responsible and respectful person, not to mention very patient. He helped our family find a nice home in Miami and he greatly assisted through out the whole process. Always answering our phone calls, explaining anything we didn't understand and accommodating to our schedule. We know Daniel kept our best interest in mind, which gave us confidence when we had to do the paperwork.
