Dan was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was patient with all of our questions and with the extended time it took for us to be able to get our house listed for sale. Dan never pressured or tried to rush us and that was much appreciated. He made a stressful time easier to handle. He sold our house in 3 days which was also appreciated because we didn't need to continue having to show our home.
