Dan is a rock and such an honorable person. He never minded taking his time to address any issue…even the emotional stuff. His expertise is the best based on years of experience, especially in the Richardson Heights area. No one knows it better. Having him as your advocate, by your side through this sometimes stressful experience is like having your best friend there guiding you on the right path. Jay, his associate also is also excellent.

We absolutely loved working with Dan! He assisted us with both purchasing our new home and selling our old home. Dan is incredibly personable and thoughtful. Dan actually sought out my husband and I when the perfect home came on the market months after our initial meeting. Dan helped us to purchase that home and sell our old one with a very quick turnaround. We had many questions being first time sellers, and he was so patient and responsive. He is unmatched with knowledge regarding Heights Park, and it's so comforting knowing that he loves it enough to live here himself. We would recommend Dan to anyone!

We did a lot of searching and reading reviews before picking Dan wich was truly a blessing as is believer who is amazing and very skilled at what he does. A true professional who went above and beyond helping us and I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart you are in good hands going with him and for us having him our realtor was a blessing for up above.

Dan did an amazing job of always being prepared with comps and a workable strategy to maximize the selling price of your home as a seller or as a buyer to have your offer accepted before others. He is patient, knowledgable and a great team member. His Stager and Photographer were excellent and demonstrated their expertise with quick efficient service. I recommend Dan without reservation.

There is not enough room here to say how blown away my husband and I were by the level of care, expertise, integrity, patience, and excellence that Dan and Jay demonstrated throughout an incredibly lengthy search for our home. Because of the length of time it took for us to find a home, (no fault of Dan’s but rather a lot of particulars on our end), I was also incredibly impressed by his patience. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point which was incredibly refreshing and the opposite of what I often expect in a sales position. We went through a stretch where it looked like we might not move and even then, Dan continued to relate with kindness, care, and a willingness to help ultimately. I say this with all sincerity, if you are on the fence about a realtor, go for it with Washburn Realty! We will be forever grateful for the hard work and incredible job he and his team put in on our behalf.
