Ashley and Nolan were both amazing people! Ashley was very responsive, fast, and efficient! They were always able to schedule a viewing of a home on a last minute basis. They just made things happen so smoothly! Communication was A+! Sharon was also great and informative with the paperwork process! Thank you thank you! Now I’m living in my dream home! My listing agent with Keller Williams was Ashley Key. I was impressed with her presentation about how my house would. She recommended staging the house which I did. I chose Keller Williams because it was clear that they had a well organized plan in place. My house was on the market for five days and I had many offers over listing. Ashley always responded to my phone calls quickly. She addressed my concerns patiently. Sharon, the transaction coordinator at Dan Ellis agency made all the paperwork (lots!) easy for me. I did it all by DocuSign on my phone. Ashley and Sharon were on top of every detail.

Ashley Key is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was able to get my house sold in one weekend with multiple offers and numerous showings for 6% above asking (which was significant). She made communication easy and effective. She was responsive and knowledgeable in every aspect of this experience. She was also extremely flexible and accommodating. Although I was located out of state, she made this experience stress free. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking to go on the market. Would advise however to be prepared to have your mind blown.
