Great people, Dale and Molly were helpful and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly! Dale was fast with responses and was easily able to answer any questions I had. Especially as a first time home buyer the group made the process easy and were with me every step of the way. Molly was helpful with the entire loan process and was very beneficial for explaining the different options for me alone with what is the best route. Any questions I was able to come up with she gave very detailed answers. Everyone over there is friendly and they are a fantastic group to work with all-round!

Working with Patrick and Ally was very easy and one of the best experiences I’ve had doing real estate transactions. Their knowledge of the area, their expertise in setting a good price for my property, and their negotiation skills with the buyers prove to be a winning combination. I was able to get $16,000 over asking and we closed in one month with no complications. They are truly a great real estate team and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell property in the Saint Charles county area.

We were lucky enough to be able to work with the entire Blue Line team and they made our home buying process a walk in the park.
