As a first time home buyer every single step of the process was new, and we feel very lucky to have messaged Curtis initially & to have started our search with him. He helped us get a feel for what we were really looking for, helped us understand every step of the process clearly, but also did not steer us--he helped us consider our decisions and what they meant but did not try to make them for us. He was great about working with our difficult schedule to view places and about getting paperwork to review/sign in a timely fashion. Curtis made us feel like valuable clients despite our limited price range. We really appreciate everything he did for us.

The Stocking Team recently handled the sale of our rural residence outside of Winters. Every aspect of their representation of our interests was highly professional, timely and flawless. Their recommendation on pricing was well supported by appropriate comparable property sales, their aerial and on-the-ground photography was amazing, they took the time to truly understand our property's features, and they communicated clearly with us and potential buyers as multiple offers were received and reviewed.
