If you are currently searching for a realtor to help you in your home buying journey, look no further - you've found her! From the beginning, Cristina has been patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive (not to mention super friendly and funny too!). My husband and I have been in the market for a home in the bay area since 2021 - it's been a long, complex journey and there were times when we had to put the home search on extended pause. Cristina was ALWAYS understanding and accommodating to every bump in the road. We never once felt rushed throughout the process. As first-time home buyers, we had many questions and concerns with everything that comes with purchasing your first home. Cristina took the time to explain and demystify everything during meetings that accommodated our busy schedules. She spoke to us in a way that made realtor concepts easy to grasp and she always made sure we understood the topic before moving on to the next. If the pre-buying experience was smooth sailing, she blew us out of the water with her skills navigating through the bidding process. Cristina was able to make our bid stand out among 18 other offers. During the bid phase, there was continuous contact with the seller's agent, she informed us of all the updates every step of the way, and she even worked on managing our offer while on personal vacation! It was a WILD and exhilarating ride, but we came out on top and the seller's chose our offer. THIS WAS OUR FIRST OFFER EVER ON A HOME and we were chosen... Cristina, what kind of magic did you pull to make this happen?? Furthermore - Cristina supported us through escrow, 2nd home inspection, and appraisal. Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude for having chosen Cristina to both sell our former Bay Area home and to work with her to purchase our next. Not only did we benefit from her many years of Bay-Area localized professional real estate expertise during the substantially involved processes associated with the challenging sale of a co-owned inherited former home, but what gives us the ability to say that she personally raises the bar for ALL Bay Area realtors is the sincerely felt genuineness of her care and her soft-spoken yet tenacious steadfastness towards seeking to fulfill the checklist of our most indispensable real-estate goals. Even though I've worked with several highly motivated and competent realtors in the past (e.g. when my mother sold her 5 bedroom home in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood 5 years ago, as well as when I previously moved from one Bay Area neighborhood to another), there is NOTHING that can make up for the exceptional level of savvy experience, inter-professional reputation, and personally-focused candid communication that Cristina brings to the table. It's a RARE person that can inspire such a trusted degree of both comfort and confidence from others (and I will be honest enough to say I didn't expect this level of genuineness to be possible in a real-estate setting), but Cristina truly embodies that cherished rarity. We needed to sell a couple of our family homes and we did not know the first thing about where to start or how to go about it. To make things more complex, we had to go through a whole probate process with the courts for both properties to be able to sell them. Luckily we have a good friend that is an agent out of the area, and she highly recommended Cristina. Even with the many, many additional steps that we had to take with the probate process, Cristina remained fully confident and assured us that she would get us through everything and get our homes sold, which she did in a very timely manner! She was so great with communicating with us every step of the way, and also worked so well with our probate lawyer throughout the process. She made things run as smoothly as possible, and we feel so relieved that everything has been taken care of! We may end up needing to sell more properties in the future, and we already know exactly who to call :-)

Cristina is a brilliant agent. We worked with her to buy our first home and we couldn't be happier with our experience . She understood all our requirements very well and found just the right home for us and that too off -market ! That was a great deal for us as it gave us the time to do all due diligence. She followed up with the seller's agent in a timely manner and helped us get all the information that we needed to write an offer. As a first time home buyer , we had a plethora of questions and Cristina patiently answered all of them. Not only that, she also connected us to all the people that we would need for any remodeling / repair/ maintenance work at our home which was a great help . Two of the things that we greatly admire about her are her ability to give an honest opinion and her responsiveness. Overall, Cristina is an excellent agent who made the stressful process of buying a home feel so easy and we are very fortunate that we found her. We would highly recommend her!
