For the past 10 years I have a invested a large sum of equity with Craig Henrichsen. He is all of the above, plus the most important trait to me is his honesty. I actually trust Craig and his wife Peggy with my life. Craig sold my home in Coto De Caza zip 92679 for well over the average selling price. Both Craig and Peggy are very smart but their best trait is their work ethic.

Craig Henrichsen has helped us on two transactions. Also, he is currently assisting us with purchasing a home. Also, he has assisted with rentals and invaluable advice advice. Craig and his firm are very knowledgeable and present many options for a buyer or seller. After the purchase or sell you also can be assured and confident that all details are taken care of, all disclaimers known and no surprises await you. He is fully aware of real estate values and cycles. Our transactions involved complicated, time deadlines in a 1031 exchange,. Craigas well versed on all the requirements and handled all negotiation, closing documents to our great satisfaction. All his company can assist with property management expertise. We cannot recommend his services enough.

Craig has brokered two home purchases for me and is extremely knowledgable. His negotiation skills are exemplary and his keen ability to describe the transactional processes is extremely helpful. Above all, Craig is honest and fair and you can rest assured that the information he provides is accurate and not inflated; honesty such as this is often hard to find in the real estate market and is something that should be valued above all else.
