Corey is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and very responsive whenever there were questions. He is such a professional and gives honest professional feedback and answers in a timely manner. If something came up, he had an answer or suggestion along with it so that it can be taken care of quickly. He is the only one I will go to when it comes to anything real estate!

We've had excellent experiences working with Corey to both purchase and sell homes. He has great communication skills, is incredibly professional and timely, and is all in for his clients. Corey goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a Realtor. When selling a home for us recently, he cleaned up the yard when our landscaper was a no-show and we had to prep the house for a showing. After our most recent home purchase, he helped us contact a trade that was out fixing some issues in the home prior to closing and didn't finish the work properly. Although the home was closed and he had no obligation to contact a company that had only communicated with the seller's agent all along, Corey worked diligently to ensure we were not charged by this company to fix a mess they left behind while working for the seller. It is evident he values his relationships with his clients and he counts on repeat business and referrals. He's a smart business man and a trustworthy human being. I've never recommended a Realtor before and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Corey Lott.
