Corbin helped me & a friend find a condo in Manor Grove Village. Initially, he showed me everything available and we made one offer which did not result in a sale. A few days later he called me to report that another sale had fallen through. He met me at the property in 15 minutes and this time our offer was accepted! The short sale had several complications but Corbin was always available and worked tirelessly to push this deal through. I would highly recommend this professional!

Corbin assisted me in my search for a condo and provided me with up to date info and stayed in constant touch which was very helpful since I reside in NYC. He emailed me properties that fit my parameters, and when I got to south Florida to view, he had suitable properties ready for me to view. When I went to contract he set up the third parties, worked with the sellers and we got to closing in less than 30 days. Couldn't have done it any more pain free and efficiently! I would highly recommend Corbin to anyone who actually wants to enjoy the process.

Corbin Mitchell is great real-estate agent! although we were not local to the area and had really odd hours to see properties, Corbin was always very accommodating and made our experience as less stressful as possible. He always found the time to show us listing and recommendations. If I ever would consider to buy,sale, of rent again with no hesitation would I contact him again. overall it was a great experience that was facilitated by him, his great personally, prompt response and responsibility ethics were ideal.

Very dedicated,interested...really good eye for properties and seeker's taste. Honest;you will feel he's on your team. He didn't just send a list of properties by area...he reviewed properties and looked at pictures and was able to narrow down search to a few properties from which to pick.He was readily available for questions and feedback. He's likeable and personable and genuine.

Corbin helped me find my condo on Fort Lauderdale beach. He respected our budget and found some great properties in our price range. After negotiating the asking price down $18,000 , we were finally under contract. Corbin did a great job at explaining all the steps of the confusing home buying process . After we closed on our condo Corbin took us to a nice dinner on the beach . That being said hes just a great agent , from his responsiveness to taking calls at 11 at night I was confident I was in good hands all the way through my purchase. I would recommend Corbin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home , and I will!!
