Trusted, Knowledgeable, and Incredibly Helpful. In a market with plenty of listings but very few homes that truly met my specific criteria at my price point, Colleen was outstanding. Since this was a long-distance move, I especially appreciated how she helped me understand the community and guided me toward areas where the lifestyle I was looking for really made sense. She negotiated effectively on my behalf, made sure every detail was in order for closing, and even made the utility transfers incredibly simple. Colleen was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely had my best interests in mind throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Given her attention to detail, I can't imagine it being any different with any real estate transaction.

Excellent Support! My wife and I moved from Maryland and relocated to Ocean Isle Beach NC. Colleen was referred to us as the best to work with. Colleen got to know us and our needs. She found several excellent properties for us that exceeded our expectations. We bought a wonderful new home and are so thankful to her! Highly-Recommended Knowledgeable Professional . Colleen has extensive knowledge of the area and neighborhoods, which we appreciated as we planned our move from out of state. She was thorough in her preparation to review properties within our parameters, mapped out the properties for showings, and maximized our schedule. She was flexible, even giving up some of her personal time, when we needed to see a property again on short notice. When the time came to do so, she provided all the information we needed to make an informed offer to get us the best possible deal on our new home. But she didn't stop there - she was excellent in her communication from offer to to closing, helping us with getting the inspection, having work done (at the expense of the seller) to correct some things found on the inspection, and so much more. She was always quick to respond to our questions, very pleasant to work with, and so very helpful. She really made our experience a breeze - even from 500 miles away!
