Colleen was wonderful to work with. She was honest and realistic in helping us arrive at the listing price so we could get maximum value and yet have it sold in as short a time as possible. Her photographer took great pictures of both the interior and exterior which she incorporated into a beautiful brochure . It was displayed on the sign in the front yard so prospective buyers could decide whether to ask for a showing. She was diligent is booking showings and giving us adequate time of them so we could present the house at its best. She was easy to work with. Her professionality and experience made selling our home as stress free as possible. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She gives 100% in everything she does

Trusted, Knowledgeable, and Incredibly Helpful. In a market with plenty of listings but very few homes that truly met my specific criteria at my price point, Colleen was outstanding. Since this was a long-distance move, I especially appreciated how she helped me understand the community and guided me toward areas where the lifestyle I was looking for really made sense. She negotiated effectively on my behalf, made sure every detail was in order for closing, and even made the utility transfers incredibly simple. Excellent Support! My wife and I moved from Maryland and relocated to Ocean Isle Beach NC. Colleen was referred to us as the best to work with. Colleen got to know us and our needs.
