Cliff was so awesome helping my family & I buy our dream home. He is a family man himself so he knew how much it meant to us to get this house. He was always there when we needed him every step of the way. Always answered his phone, responded quick to texts & emails. Cliff was the best agent we could have asked for when purchasing our 1st home! I met Cliff at a home showing and he proactively followed up with similar properties, one of which we ended up buying. Communication was consistently smooth, and Cliff was very quick in responding to our many questions. His experience and connections in the SF condo market also benefitted us-- my husband and I were able to get first-hand information in the bidding process since Cliff knew the seller's agent personally from a previous deal, which eventually helped us put together a winning bid. Cliff was also a tremendous help when it came to writing an offer and closing the escrow, and we always felt we were in good hands despite being our first real estate purchase. Cliff was very considerate, continuing to follow-up with us and offer help even several months after we closed. Very happy in our new home thanks to Cliff!
