Very fortunate to meet Clay at an open house 2-3 years ago when we were browsing the SF market hoping one day to get a foothold in the city. Since then he kept us informed and was never pushy. So finally when we were ready it was a natural choice to ask him to help. And how lucky we were as Clay was very attentive, responsive and patient as he guided us through the difficulties and emotions of buying the right place.
