Mona is ery profesional, and at the same time very personable. On our one-day tour of North Carolina around Asheville she was able to persuade a busy seller's agent to show us the home we eventually bought. Mona gave us invaluable advice at every step of our purchase. Her husband was also there to navigate the high mountain roads where we were looking.

Alessa was absolutely fantastic to work with :-) Really friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. It's often the luck of the draw when you're matched with an agent, but in this case, the stars aligned. Unfortunately, our mortgage company insisted we use one of their agents to get a significant closing costs credit. Although I tried, I couldn't get the company to change its decision. That really bugged me as I wanted Alessa on the deal, but they wouldn't budge. Thankfully, Alessa was gracious and understanding about the situation, and when I buy/sell a house in the future, she will definitely be my first call. Overall, Alessa is a great person and a fantastic agent, with first-class local knowledge and invaluable insights. I wholeheartedly recommend Alessa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home :-)

Andy Rogers is a consummate professional. The way we met Andy truly was providential. Seriously, we booked a showing for a pretty lame house through Zillow and he showed up. From there we felt a connection and decided to keep working with him until we found what we were looking for. Our loan situation got quite rocky. Massive delays from Better Mortgage (DO NOT RECOMMEND – AVOID LIKE PLAGUE) almost ended things including some last-minute shady behavior that nearly forced us to walk out on the deal. Andy was there through it all, always with an encouraging word or with a quick response concerning questions from us or updates from the seller. Andy is a God-fearing man that DOES NOT put money over morals/conscience. He will not leave you high and dry. I cannot recommend him enough! The man knows his trade. If all Real Estate agents were like him then there would be 0 anxiety when it comes to home buying. 10/10!
