Evan was a pleasure to work with. We are fortunate Zillow sent him to our first home tour. He has been excellent with communication. Quick to find answers to any questions, which we had plenty of. It’s been a long time since we worked with a realtor to buy/sell a home. I think he went above and beyond helping us. We were traveling abroad during some of the process of buying the home. He made sure to keep us informed and work with inspectors and such. We would definitely use him again if needed. We will be highly recommending him to anyone we know looking to buy/sell a home.

Ben was great to work with and always went above and beyond our expectations. We were moving from a different city and he navigated everything remotely for us, including making a ton of extra stops to check on things for us or coordinate meetings.

TJ was not just easy to work with, but fun as well. I honestly don't know that we would have bought a house without him, as we were initially very overwhelmed by the process and the number of properties available. He was super responsive, answered all of our many, many questions, and helped walk us through all the steps as first-time home buyers. I trusted his insights and his negotiation skills. We are so happy that we found him, and I firmly believe everyone should work with him.

TJ is a great guy. I immediately liked and trusted him but these initial impressions were confirmed as we spent more time together. He listens to what you are looking for in a home and works until he finds you just that. He is very knowledgeable in the entire process and has a special gift for negotiation. A few times he had to calm my nerves before we reached a middle ground with the seller. TJ also has great relationships with others so I, in turn, was very happy with the inspectors and closing lawyer. TJ kept in touch throughout the whole process and even prepared me for the ‘slow time’ from end of due diligence to days before closing. I would most definitely recommend TJ to anyone and I think they would be just as delighted as I was.
