Phil did an exceptionally amazing job throughout our home buying process. His communication with us and negotiating with the seller was absolutely amazing. I was also impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness, even now after we have closed. Plus, Phil is very personable and likable, not necessary traits, but certainly preferable! I highly recommend Phil and hope that I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Mona is ery profesional, and at the same time very personable. On our one-day tour of North Carolina around Asheville she was able to persuade a busy seller's agent to show us the home we eventually bought. Mona gave us invaluable advice at every step of our purchase. Her husband was also there to navigate the high mountain roads where we were looking.
