From our first conversation onward, Realtor Bianca was attentive, professional, personable, detailed thorough and answered many questions anticipatory that I didn’t even know to ask in the purchasing process. She took great attention to expedite my offer and make concessions with my HOA. This has all been new to me, purchasing a home and she was there for every detail. Exceptionally disappointing experience. We have reported her actions to the NC Real Estate Commission as attempts to address them with Clarissa as well as her Broker, have proven ineffective.

I feel very lucky to have connected with TJ right at the beginning of my home buying journey. He was so helpful throughout the entire process, from looking at different areas across the region to helping me get some solid second offers on mortgages.
