Margaret came highly recommended to me by Remax agents I had worked with in another state. Initially I found that she communicated via long distance very well, and provided me with detailed information and resources that outlined the entire process of buying a home in North Carolina. When I got here and started the process in earnest, I found that she communicated equally well in person and was someone who I could rely on to provide unbiased information and opinions as well as not pushing to make a sale. This became imperative after I had signed a contract to buy and I was hospitalized. Margaret handled all the inspections and closing details with the same critical eye I would have for myself. As a control oriented person, I was very comforted to be represented by Margaret and highly recommended her to anyone looking for experience and objectivity.

Margaret made the experience of selling my late dad’s home so much easier than I imagined. The house, truly a unicorn, needed updates and she made excellent suggestions as to listing prices and how to prepare for putting it on the market. Margaret has an extensive list of seasoned professionals for services such as pre-lasting inspection. Her knowledge of the Richmond area market is invaluable. Communication with her was so easy as she was responsive with text, email and phone. I never waited long for her to get back to me. She went above and beyond, even came to help get ready for photos! Her husband Jimmy was also helpful, lending a hand where needed! Margaret guided me through every step of the way of selling the house and worked with my estate attorney.
