I strongly recommend using Cindy as a real estate agent in Scarsdale. Cindy knows the area very well and has relationships with most agents in the community. She is patient and worked with me for several years until I found the right home. Most importantly, she uses her unique insights on providing accurate offers (i.e. not overpaying) and executing on the closing process flawlessly.

We had a GREAT experience working with Cindy on the purchase of our home! We were not expecting to purchase a home as quickly as we did, so we reached out to Cindy very preliminarily, without some of the documents that other agents asked for before providing information. Cindy was very helpful, open and pleasant from the start. She had extensive knowledge about the area which was key during our purchase decision. She answered any and all questions and made the process very smooth. Additionally, she had great vendor recommendations for services we needed during the purchase process (attorney, inspector, etc), as well as for services after the purchase (painters, arborists, housekeepers...). We used all of the vendors that she suggested and had a great experience with all of them. The purchase process would have been overwhelming without Cindy. We highly, highly recommend her!

It was great working with Cindy throughout the entire process. She helped over a period of one year to find the right home and guide us through the entire process, making herself available and answering all questions. Her negotiation skills were invaluable, highly recommend!

I worked with Cindy to sell my mom’s house in Scarsdale. There was a long period of time for my mom to get comfortable with the idea of moving and Cindy was incredibly patient and understanding and kind. When time came to prep/stage the house, I followed all of her recommendations (and leveraged her extensive network of professionals from paint, flooring, staging, estate auction, and more). She recommended a list price at the higher end of her original range based on her knowledge of and feel for the Scarsdale market. We had six offers in less than a week and sold the house for about 25% above asking. My strongest endorsement for you to work with Cindy, she is superb at her job and a pleasure to work with.

Cindy sold my house in Harrison. I was a remote seller -- 3,000 miles away -- so really needed someone to make the process "turnkey" for me with a minimum of my on-site involvement. Cindy found me great resources to assist in the process, worked deliberatively with me on assessing the market and setting the asking price, and then executed a strategy that sold the house after the first open house weekend, at a price well above the list. I couldn't have been happier with Cindy's services and would recommend her without hesitation to others selling homes.
