The experience was awful. She showed us one home, took us to the Builder and did not schedule an appointment so the builder could only meet with us for like five minutes. I went back on my own and talk to the Builder later that day. She had no idea that after construction was started that we actually switched homes and built a new one. There was zero effort on her end. She was not even at our closing and still got paid $11,000. If you want to feel taking advantage you can use her. Not once after we closed, have we heard from her.
