Cindy is a pro you want to work with. She's well versed in the Dallas market..knows the trends and the neighborhoods. We had the best experience working with her to find our first home. She was consistent, reliable, flexible and never made us feel like a burden even when we were indecisive between two homes. She went to battle for us when we came up against an unethical realtor on the sellers side and she had our backs and handled everything with grace and professionalism. She knew how to negotiate fairly knowing what was reasonable and what wasn't. We landed a beautiful house and got it for a fair price with room to build equity. We still touch base with her on random home questions and she's always happy to answer and be there for us even when the deal is done. She's the best of the best!!

Cindy did an incredible job of helping us through a complicated sales process. During the process we encountered several unanticipated delays and complexities, including changing title and escrow at the last minute. Together, we were able to navigate and resolve each of the issues professionally and succinctly and close the sale of the property. I would highly recommend Cindy to absolutely anyone or everyone.

As a young couple looking for their first Home, we couldn't have been luckier to have found Donna Westbrook. We knew our first home would always be special to us and when we expressed our desires of what we envisioned of our first home to be, Donna left no stone unturned to look for exactly the Home we would love. She patiently listened, provided honest input and insight, checked all aspects of the home herself before presenting to us and provided her valuable expertise on homes. which clearly showcased her desire to help us navigate this complicated and arduous process. She was always on time at every showing, ensured everything went smoothly and communicated in advance about the homes we were to visit. Additionally, we were also given the freedom to pick homes we liked and using her knowledge she provided us honest feedback. Over the span of 3 months, we toured over 120 homes, often after long workdays, and she always ensured we were shown the best of the homes, having planned an efficient road map of the homes so we have efficient appointments. We were able to openly discuss with her our budget, wants and needs and provide feedback on what we loved and what we didn't like about the homes we viewed, which she took in as valuable input to filter the next set of homes we were to tour. Her methods and processes are so efficient that we found our dream home after 3 months of our search. She often matched our energy, enthusiasm and gave us encouragement when we lost some offers to better bidders. After finding our dream home, Donna provided invaluable advice on presenting the best offer on the table, which proved to be an offer the sellers could not refuse. We trusted her throughout the process, and she was always there. We truly are blessed to have found her to help us navigate one of the most expensive and important decisions of our life. She made it special and ensured we were putting our best offer forward. We learnt a lot from her during this process about home ownership and the home buying experience and would recommend her to everyone we know. Thank you, Donna.

Si buscas un realtor bilingüe es la persona ideal. Te acompaña durante todo el proceso y dispuesta a responder el teléfono 24x7. Mi esposo y yo hemos quedado muy satisfechos con su trabajo ya que nos ha asistido tanto para residencial como lease comercial. Muy recomendable
