Chris is the greatest realtor. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with buying or selling a house. He was my seller's agent (my house sold within 3 days!) and also our buyer's agent for the new house. What we liked about Chris: he kept in contact, checked in frequently and kept us posted with any updates he received during the process. We could ask questions and received prompt answers. Chris always had our best interest in mind. Not only did he jump through any hoop for us, we also got over flooring transitions together. It is evident that Chris loves what he does and is not just there for collecting a commission: Making sure people find their homes!

Chris did a great job in assisting us with the sale of our home. His knowledge about the local market and helping us to determine the selling price of our home more than helped us to get what we were wanting. Chris was very involved, always available, and quick to respond any time we had a question or needed advice. We have bought and sold at least 5 homes over the years, and we would recommend Chris 1000x over!

Chris took his time with us to show us several houses. He was very patient and not pushy at all which was great! When the time came to put an offer on a house he was very organized and walked us through the whole process seamlessly. He kept us informed and was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The final walkthrough came and Chris helped us with getting our last minute concerns taken care of. He has been so great to work with throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend working with him. He made us feel like he had our best interest at heart and made us feel like we were his top priority even though he had more people he was helping as well.

Marc Johnson , who worked under Christopher Smith, with Century 21 Community was absolutely outstanding in selling the Main Street house. He jumped on everything immediately and handled the entire process from start to finish—scheduling photos, posting the listing, coordinating the appraisal appointment, and working directly with the title company. I literally had to do nothing. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire experience completely stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend Marc without hesitation.
