Marc Johnson , who worked under Christopher Smith, with Century 21 Community was absolutely outstanding in selling the Main Street house. He jumped on everything immediately and handled the entire process from start to finish—scheduling photos, posting the listing, coordinating the appraisal appointment, and working directly with the title company. I literally had to do nothing. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire experience completely stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend Marc without hesitation.

Chris Smith knows what he's doing! He has helped me and other members of my family with both home sales and purchases. He had answers for every question, and always made himself available to us. I trust his expertise and would absolutely use him again in the future.

Chris was extremely helpful and got me through the selling process extremely efficiently!! He was quick to connect me with a buyer that was looking for a fixer upper since I wanted to sell my house as is. So thankful for him for making the process of selling my house so easy!!

I know there's a 100% but if I could go higher I would go higher Chris was an amazing person to work with has a wonderful little dog his daughter is absolutely beautiful he did an amazing job answered every question I ever had very friendly very outgoing very kind very respectful I get he's just all around in a very amazing person I would highly 100% recommend him a big big thank you for everything even on personal calls asking questions and he responds back very prompt he's just in a very amazing person and I really believe that anybody that hires Chris you are absolutely love him I'm so glad I got I hired him I've talked to several Realtors and he was the one that I felt the most comfortable with thank you Chris for everything you have done for me I hope we can still stay friends even down the road
