Jocelyn was amazing throughout the whole process of searching for and purchasing our first home! She was a delight to work with and has a can-do attitude with any situation that arises. She has an abundance of knowledge regarding the real estate industry and can answer almost any question that you may have- and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she will found out in a timely manner. Jocelyn had great communication skills throughout the entire homebuying process with us and the builders, lenders, etc. She made assisted us in every step of the way and there is no one else we would entrust in guiding us throughout this journey- except for her!

We interviewed multiple realtors before choosing Christine. As first-time home buyers, we wanted someone who was willing to share their honest opinions with us and had the experience to know what to look for both online and during house viewings. Along with the automatic listing website she set up for us, she would message us listings she personally thought we'd be interested in, including the house we ended up purchasing. Christine and Jocelyn were a dream come true when it comes to finding our perfect home. These ladies know their stuff and will make sure to advocate for you as the customer. Christine and Jocelyn are beyond professional. We honestly never thought we could afford a home until we came to them. Rest assured they made our dream come true and more. I’ve never heard that buying a house was an easy process, but with these ladies, it was an easy process! I would refer them to anyone I came in contact with. Christine is excellent at what she does. She gets back to me very quickly even with any questions I may have. She does everything super quick and very detailed so even I can understand what is going on. She helped me close on two houses now!! And will continue to do business through her only! Christine and her team did a great job helping me and my wife find a great new home! She helped us understand the dynamics of new construction and resale homes in the area and helped us identify good builders to work with. She was quick to pull together a contract for our new home. She has stayed in regular contact with us about where our build was at and how close we were to closing. Her assistant, Jocelyn, was top-notch! When we came to visit the area, Jocelyn organized a bunch of home tours and informed us of the pros and cons of each. At no time did Christine or Jocelyn try to push us to more expensive homes, but worked hard to find homes and builders that would fit our price range. And they did! We just moved in to an awesome house that meets our needs and is in our budget. We're excited by our house, and we couldn't have done it without Christine, Jocelyn, and the rest of the team!
